# Around the Granite State: Londonderry field hockey beats Pinkerton to remain unbeaten (video)

DERRY - Morgan Ayotte scored two goals, including the game-winner, to help the Londonderry High School field hockey team to a 4-3 win over Pinkerton Academy on Friday.

Ayotte, who also had an assist, scored less than a minute into the fourth quarter to give the Lancers (9-0, No. 2 in the New Hampshire Orthopaedic Center/NHHSSports Coaches Poll) the lead for good.

Lexi Padykula added a goal and an assist and Alison Chambers had two assists for Londonderry while Sadie Moore also scored. The Lancers jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first quarter and led 3-1 before the Astros (6-3, No. 4) came back to tie it early in the third quarter on a goal by Jordyn Schreiber.

Cara Murray scored twice for Pinkerton and Gwen Lee had two assists. Molly Kuncik finished with 18 saves for the Astros.

**No. 7 Oyster River 4, No. 5 Souhegan 3**

Natalie Buck scored twice to help the Bobcats knock off the Sabers at home.

Eliza Farwell and Rowynn Pickering also scored for Oyster River (9-0) while Nora Rogers and Sadie McLeod played well.

Mariellah Dart had two goals to lead Souhegan (8-1) while Ori Dart also scored. Abby Mayo and Eme Godin recorded assists and Amelia Warecki made six saves.

**Mascoma Valley 2, Newfound 0**

The Royals overcame a slow start and were able to hold off the Bears to pick up the win.

Makenna Houston put Mascoma (5-1) on the board and the Royals made it hold up until the final minute, when Tori Petty scored to give them some breathing room.

**Hopkinton 4, Kearsarge 2**

Autumn Meier scored twice to help the Hawks pick up a win over the Cougars.

Aurelia Salace and Dahlia Perry also had a goal apiece for Hopkinton (6-1) and Lauren Vetter added an assist. Sadie and Emma Pelletier played well defensively in the win.

### Girls Volleyball

**Farmington 3, Portsmouth Christian 0**

The Eagles were swept by the Tigers by scores of 25-23, 25-23 and 25-22.

Dylan Anderson had seven kills for PCA (1-5) while Lexi Jordan had 17 assists and five aces and Bea Monahan had four kills, two aces and five digs.

Marion Spurr had three kills, four aces and nine digs and Mia Airey finished with four digs.
