Around the Granite State: Bishop Guertin field hockey gets win over Nashua North
Taylor Guibord scored three goals and had an assist to help the Bishop Guertin High School field hockey team get a 7-1 win over Nashua North on Wednesday.
Rylee Bouvier added a goal and an assist while Riley O'Hara, Skylar Naftali and Sophie Bilodeau also scored for the Cardinals (4-0-1).
Bedford 6, Nashua South 2
Kaitlyn West scored a goal to break the Panthers' career scoring record, but it wasn't enough as South fell to Bedford.
Amanda Crocco also had a goal and Maren Lowell and Krista Reid each had an assist. Kaitlyn Tello made 14 saves for the Panthers (0-2-2).
West broke the record that had been set by Allyssa Freeman during the 2015 season.

Epping 3, Belmont 1
The Blue Devils picked up their first win of the year by scores of 25-12, 18-25, 25-23 and 25-18.
Gracie Re had four aces, four kills and seven digs for Epping (1-1) while Leah Hackett had three aces, four kills and six digs.
Pacy Morgado recorded eight aces, three kills, nine digs and seven assists and Ren Morang had four aces, one assist and 21 digs.
Newfound 3, Portsmouth Christian 0
The Eagles came up short against the Bears by scores of 25-11, 25-15 and 25-15.
Joey Skubisz had six kills, two digs and two blocks and Maddy Kniphfer had nine assists and seven digs. Liahna Messier chipped in with five kills and six digs and Emily Esters had eight assists and one ace.
