# Around the Granite State: Thursday's Roundup

The John Stark High School boys lacrosse team picked up its second win in a row Thursday, beating Kingswood 8-5 in Division II action.

Kayden Easter had three goals and an assist to lead the Generals (3-3) while Drew McQuarrie had two goals and three assists. Parker McQuarrie added a goal and a helper and Peyton Marden also scored.

"It's nice to get the win but I felt we left a lot of goals out there," John Stark coach Howie Roever said. "We'll work on that and hopefully it pays off."

Cam Bourque had seven groundballs for John Stark, while Jamison Bourque made 11 saves.

**Laconia 13, Milford 4**

The Spartans fell to 3-2 in Division III with the loss to the Sachems.

Gavin Urda had a goal and an assist to lead Milford, while Owen Hutchinson, Owen Cleary and Cam O'Shaughnessy added a goal each.

Collin Cederberg and Maverick Dodier had an assist apiece and Tim Gagnon made 10 saves.
