# Around the Granite State: Thursday's Roundup

The Souhegan High School boys lacrosse team held off Nashua South for an 11-6 win Thursday in Amherst.

Nick Jordan led the way for the Sabers (3-0) with three goals while Ethan Hopey had a goal and five assists and Tyler Hall and Luke Civiello (assist) added two goals apiece.

Foster Burnley had a goal, three assists and 13 groundballs while Trace Hennas and Nate Chamberlin also scored. Alex Burnley made 12 saves while Palmer Belowski, Jack Manning and Sam Ezequelle also played well.

South (0-4), which led 5-4 midway through the third quarter, got two goals and an assist each from Sean Holland and Devin Linscott.

Shane Puleo also scored twice while Zac Clancy had two assist and Suman Morrissette made nine saves.

**Dover 14, Goffstown 8**

Dominic Silverio scored five goals and the Green Wave improved to 4-0 in Division II with a win over the Grizzlies.

Down 2-1 in the second, Dover scored seven goals before halftime to take a six-goal lead into the break. Justin Calzzi added three goals and an assist while Dylan Russell (assist) and Sean Gallipo each had two goals.

Andrew Housley had a goal and an assist and Cam Lent also scored, while Noah Schwartz made nine saves.

Goffstown (1-2) got four goals and two assist from Peyton Bickford, who also went 15-9 on faceoffs, and Eric Dubois added two goals. Nick Mason and Ben O'Brien also scored for the Grizzlies while Devin Young had an assist and Finn Grant made 11 saves.
