The Bishop Guertin High School girls lacrosse team defeated Bow for the first time to advance to the Division II final.
Playoff Roundup: BG makes history in return to final
The Bishop Guertin High School girls lacrosse team made a bit of history on Saturday in the Division II semifinals. For the first time in their nine-year history, the Cardinals defeated Bow, 12-9 at Southern New Hampshire University. That win keeps the Falcons out of the Division II final for the first time ever. Matchups for softball tournaments set
High school softball fans will have plenty of local games to choose from when the tournaments begin on Wednesday. The NHIAA released the pairings for all four classes of softball on Tuesday, and 11 local teams will be participating, with eight of them playing the first round at home. (more...)

The NHIAA announced the matchups for the high school girls lacrosse playoffs, which start on Wednesday. Six local teams will participate in the the three divisions, including Hollis/Brookline, which is the top seed in Division III. (more...)
