Nashua North boys lacrosse comes back three times to beat Merrimack
NASHUA – The Nashua High School North boys lacrosse team didn’t have its best for most of Saturday’s game against Merrimack.
But the Titans hung around, and when they finally put everything together, North was able to pull out a win.
Three times the Titans rallied and Sean Holmes scored the game-winner with 1:03 left in the game to give North an 11-10 win over the Tomahawks.
Dolan helps lead Windham baseball past Milford

WINDHAM – On a cold April afternoon, Adam Dolan didn’t waste any time making sure the Windham High School baseball team would leave the field a winner.
Dolan drove in what proved to be the game-winning run with a two-run single in the bottom of the first, and pitched a complete game to lead the Jaguars to a 3-1 victory over Milford on Thursday.
Souhegan baseball rallies to beat Lebanon

AMHERST – It was only the second game of the season, but the Souhegan High School baseball team knew Wednesday’s home opener against Lebanon was a big one.
After a walk-off loss at Hollis Brookline, and going against a team that played in last year’s Division II championship game, the Sabers were in need of some clutch performances. They got that, and more, rallying to beat Lebanon 8-3.

Bishop Guertin’s Sherburne, Merrimack’s Gendron earn Gatorade basketball honors

Bishop Guertin’s Jamie Sherburne was named the Gatorade New Hampshire Player of the Year for girls basketball.
Two Greater Nashua area high school basketball players received Gatorade New Hampshire Player of the Year honors.
Merrimack’s Eric Gendron and Bishop Guertin’s Jamie Sherburne were named the best boys and girls basketball players in the state by Gatorade for the 2012-13 season.
