With the regular season done, the New Hampshire Senior Babe Ruth Southern Division has announced its playoff schedule, which will start on Saturday.
The Nashua Chiefs (11-4) finished with the best record and No. 1 seed and will face the winner of Monadnock and Walpole in the first round. Monadnock (5-11) and Walpole (4-12) will play at 10 a.m. on Saturday at Con-Val High School, with the winner taking on the Chiefs at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Nashua High School South.
The Salem Cardinals (11-5) are the No. 2 seed and will host Keene (5-11) in the first round on Saturday at noon at Salem High School. The winner of that game will take on the winner of a first-round game between the No. 3 Souhegan Pirates (11-5) and the Nashua Marauders (7-8). Those two will also play Saturday at 5 p.m. at Souhegan High School.
In the final first-round matchup, the Hollis/Brookline Dodgers (9-7) will host the Nashua Mavericks (7-6) at 10 a.m. at Hollis/Brookline High School on Saturday.
The tournament will continue throughout the week, with the championship game scheduled for Thursday, time and place to be determined.
