The Bishop Guertin High School girls hockey team lost to Hanover, 2-0, in the Division I championship game on Saturday at the Verizon Wireless Arena.
The Cardinals outshot the Marauders in the early going, but couldn’t get any of them past Hanover goalie Emily Eickhoff. The Marauders were also able to shutdown Meghan Turner and Taylor Hadley, two of the Cardinals’ top offensive threats.
