Field hockey playoff games postponed
Five of the eight Division II field hockey preliminary round playoff games scheduled for Thursday have been postponed, including games involving Souhegan and Hollis/Brookline. Milford’s Andrews ranked top player in 2013 girls soccer recruiting class
ESPNHS updated its rankings for the girls soccer recruiting class of 2013, and Morgan Andrews of Milford High School tops the list. Andrews, a junior for the Spartans who also plays for the FC Stars of Massachusetts, has verbally committed to Boston College and is the only player from the Northeast ranked in the top 10. Field hockey pairings: Merrimack to face Londonderry in first round
Just a few weeks ago, it looked like the Merrimack High School field hockey team was going to avoid having to play a game on Tuesday. Milford girls soccer knocks off Hanover in OT
Morgan Andrews scored two goals and assisted on the game-winner in overtime to lead the Milford High School girls soccer team to a 3-2 win over Hanover Saturday. Rylee Bailey scored for the Spartans (9-4-1-) in overtime, converting crossing pass from Andrews, while goaltender Alex Hiley came up big to keep the game close. (more...)
